Growth Hacker - Online Marketeer

As our Growth Manager, you will lead customer acquisition and retention across all channels. Using data driven experimentation and out of the box thinking, you will lead Deskbookers to a whole new level of success.

What you will be doing:

  • Optimize and expand paid online marketing programs across Google, Bing, etc. in partnership with external agency

  • Implement and manage organic growth strategies (SEO, email marketing, referral programs) to increase visitors; run campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Lead overall site conversion rate optimization including developing and optimizing landing pages and identifying product improvements
  • Leverage iterative, data-driven approach to optimize ROI on all channels
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition
  • Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns


Experience and skills you will bring to the team:

  • 3-5 years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital and/or performance marketing in a fast paced tech environment

  • Strong analytical/tracking/attribution skills around SEA and SEO; deep domain experience across paid platforms, tools, and ad technologies
  • Track record in increasing top of funnel through multiple experiments across different acquisition channels
  • Track record in optimizing online conversion... turning visitors into leads/customers
  • Experimental and creative mindset to identify and execute new ideas... quickly but smartly
  • Experience at startups where the "infrastructure" isn't already laid out and it's about optimization vs. building/tweaking the basics
  • Data driven mindset with an ability to identify, track and process relevant metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to structure plans and decisions around ROI on as granular level as possible
  • Hunger for impact and comfort with operating in a nimble, action oriented culture
  • Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
  • Humility and eagerness to learn and grow
  • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and/or German. Professional working proficiency in English. 
  • Experience in online marketplaces and real estate is a big plus
